Bozeman Therapy & Counseling is a relationship-centered practice grounded in attachment science and Emotionally Focused Therapy. We support couples, individuals, families, children, and teens in Bozeman and online across Montana. Who we are looking for

We welcome inquiries from clinicians at different stages of their careers, including:

• Fully licensed therapists (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Pre-licensed clinicians, or candidates, practicing under supervision
• Clinicians trained or interested in EFT, attachment-based, and emotion-focused approaches
• Therapists who work with couples, individuals, families, children, or teens
• People who value collaboration, ongoing learning, and relationship-centered care

What we offer

We aim to be a place where good clinicians can do their best work and keep growing. Depending on the role, that may include clinical supervision toward licensure, ongoing training and consultation in EFT and attachment-based therapy, the flexibility of in-person and telehealth sessions, a collaborative and supportive team culture, and meaningful work with motivated clients.
